Wilmer Valderrama has signed a first-look deal with FremantleMedia North America to develop and launch future series concepts on an international scale. ...//...Valderrama, who will serve as executive producer and might star in certain projects, will set up offices in FMNA's corporate headquarters in Burbank along with his producing partner Danny Villa, a former director of talent and series development at MTV. ...//...Valderrama, best known as Fez on Fox's "That '70s Show," most recently appeared on the big screen in "Fast Food Nation." He also is the creator, producer and host of the MTV series "Yo Momma," now in its third season, and voices title role in Disney Channel's animated series "Handy Manny."
